our stay at best western syracuse downtown hotel and suites was fantastic! the location is perfect, just across the street from the wedding we attended. the staff, especially santana, went above and beyond when our original room wasn't ready. they quickly got us another room and really made us feel welcomed with complimentary cookies and water. it was a pleasant surprise! overall, the friendly staff and great location made our stay enjoyable.

I loved staying here because it’s super close to the museum of science & technology and a short stroll to several great restaurants like lemon grass and modern malt, which made my weekend explorations easy and enjoyable. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. as a solo traveler, i found the studio queen room cozy and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of city walks.

Our stay was simply wonderful!
